Chef Travis Hall is a maestro known for his innovative approach to traditional cuisine and his relentless pursuit of perfection in the kitchen. Born and raised in Louisville, Travis developed a deep appreciation for locally sourced ingredients and the art of cooking from a young age.
After graduating from the National Center for Hospitality Studies in 1996, Chef Travis embarked on a culinary journey that took him to various restaurants and resorts from Manhattan to West Palm Beach Florida. Working at The Belleview Biltmore Resort in Clearwater, Westin Peachtree Plaza & Sheraton Buckhead in Atlanta and Prime Steakhouses in Manhattan, Atlanta, Reston Virginia and West Palm Beach.
After returning to Louisville in 2000, Chef Travis’ insatiable appetite for culinary exploration motivated him to open three restaurants in Louisville before becoming the Executive chef at Eddie Merlots on Fourth Street in 2009. After a successful stint at Eddie Merlots Chef Travis took the Executive Chef job at Audubon Country Club before taking a leap of faith and opening up Chef Travis Hall Catering.
